Delivery time depends upon the shipping option selected. Usually for a free Shipping method we deliver within 3-5 days and for Fast shipping method we deliver within 2-3 days in major cities. If you need same day delivery – kindly check the options available.

Currently we ship only to India, later on we will start shipping to other countries like Nepal, Srilanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Uk, USA, UAE, Newzealand, Australia etc.

7 days easy returns for all items sold in our website. In order to return the item it should be in its original packing without any temper or damage. All the lables and serial number stickers should be intact.
If you have received wrong item from our side, then you are eligible for free replacement for that you have to contact our team by whatsapp or email. support[@]mylaptopscreen.com
In case you ordered a wrong item then in that case also you are eligible for replacement, only there would be fixed cost of 300 Rs for arraning a replacement.

Do no accept the parcel from courier in case the outer packing is tempered or its bent or squeezed.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, inform us within 2 hours of the order by email or whatsapp. We will change the shipping address.
Yes, you can change or cancel the order within 2 hours once you have submitted it. In case the order is shipped and picked up by the courier and then you request us for cancellation or any alteration in address, then there would be some charges to be paid for that.
